I am trying to implement a Tensorflow neural network for UK licence plates(https://github.com/matthewearl/deep-anpr) to Morocan licence plates wich contain arabic letters,after adding utf-8 encoding i was able to generate the dataset of licence plates containing arabic letters but when i try to launch the training i end up getting tensor shape errors. Here is the train_1.py code

    #!/usr/bin/python
